Served as the project manager for the deployment and subsequent replication of Technological Energy Balances (TEB) software solutions, which enhance data granularity in MES systems to identify and rectify imbalances (losses/accounting errors) while facilitating the development of strategies to normalize and minimize losses.

Main tasks:

• Oversaw the execution, duplication, and functional enhancement of Energy Balances within the MES system, while ensuring SAP integration for every SIBUR facility
• Gathered extensive energy-related data, including input, usage, loss, imbalance, and energy efficiency measures, and created data-lake-based dashboards
• Utilized project management tools such as Atlassian Jira, BigPicture, Tempo, and Confluence to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams
